Mark Delmartino

Freelance secretary

Mark has worked as a freelance secretary in the Netherlands, Flanders and Luxembourg since 2006. Mark studied Ancient History and European Studies at the universities of Leuven and Bologna. After twelve years of lobbying and project management in the Brussels EU bubble, he started his own consulting firm.

Certified as NVAO secretary and CeQuInt auditor, he supports panels in institutional accreditations, initial accreditations, programme assessments, research master evaluations and combined accreditations such as NVAO-AACSB or NVAO-CeQuInt.

In addition to writing reports that meet all NVAO requirements, Mark enjoys personal contact with programmes and panels before, during and after the visit. In doing so, he tries to strike a balance between what the programme aims for, what interests the panel and what the NVAO expects.
