Yannick Slagter

Consultant

Yannick is a consultant at Academion. He has experience in accreditation processes for unique programmes and assessment clusters, as well as research evaluations. Yannick is passionate about education and research. Before joining Academion, he worked for 7 years as a lecturer-supervisor at the Institute for Finance and Accounting of the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. He also worked as a freelance copywriter, editor and entrepreneur. He has a background in History and Economics and worked as a researcher at Utrecht University and in the private sector.

Through his experience in higher education, Yannick understands the constantly changing environment of programmes. He believes it is essential for programmes to move with the times and to continue to develop. At Academion, he is committed to helping programmes and research groups to improve and achieve their goals. He is open and interested, stands for clear communication, is to the point, works from a positive attitude, is flexible and result-oriented.
